History

The Franklin at Legends View is the passion project of an all-star team of developers, builders, designers, and real estate professionals. Over the last few years, the project has incorporated the valuable lessons we've gathered in each of our fields and we're excited to offer a residential experience like no other. We designed each unit to take advantage of openness and bright, natural lighting, complemented with top-end appliances and impactful amenities.

We also recognized the need for seamless worklife and homelife transitions, and have created tailored floor plans to help you go from your home office to your rooftop sanctuary, without compromising the functionality of either. As we break ground in 2023, we're excited to see the years of research and development, testing materials, designs and re-designs, all begin to take shape.
